Remember this post I did a while ago on hidden fireplaces? Well, here is what the rest of Interior Designer Kelly Giesen’s beautiful apartment looks like. The thing I love about Kelly’s home is all the clever ways to hide what you don’t use!

This dreamy white bedroom is covered in an ultra feminine cream pearl wallpaper. Behind the beautiful mirrored doors of the corner closet…

.. Is a home office! This tiny space is also the home of the sound system, pretty wrapping papers and design books.

Here is the beautiful mantle which has a built-in TV behind the custom mirrored screen door.

The kitchen and dining area. Kelly’s counter tops are white marble, and she exchanged the glass in the middle cabinet door for mirror. She also installed an antique door in front of her kitchen cabinet. The dining area to the left is so pretty.

And here is a quick view of the living room. I would love to see more of that entry door, it looks spectacular!

This white living room has completely mirrored walls and polished white marble floors.

The dining area is in open plan solution to the living room area.

Love this exotic bedroom. The cool white walls are contrasted by the dark canopy beds, and a rust red accent color gives a healthy color boost.

I will admit it, I am one of those people who can’t stand the look of a television in the living room. I don’t even have a TV, and consider myself to be a bit TV-phobic. It’s just the way everything is arranged around the TV that really bother me, like its an altar. For this reason, I decided to do a hide-your-TV series of posts, where we look at different ways to hide, disguise or even blend the TV into the interior. Only rule is that it has to look good!

First up is this incredibly gorgeous TV-in-the-fireplace solution in the home of Interior Designer Kelly Giesen:

Kelly built her TV into the fireplace in her living room.

How gorgeous is that?

She did the same thing in her bedroom too, and this is what it looks like before the TV is in place..

When not watching, Kelly covers her TV up with a regular fireplace screen that is fitted with plexi mirrors.

This modern retro style loft apartment is designed by Interior Designer Lori Dennis. The Living room has a feature wall and ceiling of raw concrete and bare pipes. I love how Lori has worked this industrial look into the design instead of covering it up and painting the walls. You can click the pics for a larger view:

Brown suede sofa and two cream Barcelona chairs. Can you believe this chair was designed in 1929?

Very simple and uncluttered. I adore oversized plants!

I just fell in love with these pictures from Pottery Barn. White, soft, layered topped off with golden angel wings.

These jaw dropping designs by editor, stylist and decorator Margot Austin has me stunned!

This bathroom is simply gorgeous! A clean grey wall, crisp white floor and furniture with a rich brown accent color. The circle pattern on the tiles is so pretty.

Here are some great ideas: The natural fiber globe lamp is placed directly over the bed. Also, check out the genious way to mount bed curtains; on the wall!

The fabrics are all in a white and beige palette, with linen curtains, wooden mirror frame and bamboo night stand.
