With little more than a month till Christmas, it’s time to start thinking about the decor. I have usually done the traditional red, last year was red and white. This year, I will try something new, I think I will do a white, silver and green theme. Mostly white and silver though, like bringing the winter into our home. Here are some ideas for white and green themed holiday decor, from the ever inspiring Pottery Barn:
*

Beautiful white dining room with sisal carpet and dark stained furniture. I like that table. Now take a look at the mantle; faux snow! On the Christmas tree too. Is this possible without it all flying away every time someone walks by?

The dining table is decorated with gold bells, white cut-off Hyacinth in glass vases and two huge glass candle holders. They look to be felled with sand and false snow. The table looks pretty, but I doubt people can see each other over the tall centerpiece.

This living room is cozy like a cabin, what with the wooden coffee- and side tables. The beams in the ceiling really helps too. Love this subtle holiday decor, you don’t have to pack it away once Christmas is over, as opposed to red Santa figurines…

This corner looks so cozy. Perfect for reading a book, lots of natural light.
