Lle-Dom Eye Candy
This beautiful glass art is hand made by Abby Modell of Lle-Dom:
*

This orange and pink table setting is truly a color fest.
*

The layered plates of different color and shape is very dramatic.
*

Everything is so shiny and pretty. The fuzzy flowers in the pink bowl makes a beautiful contrast, don’t you think?
*

The glass bowls looks to be inspired by rough crystals. The shape makes the light play off it so beautifully.
*

Fancy black fabric napkins. And holders too.
*

One of my faourite parts of this table setting is this branch centerpiece decorated with glass rhinestones. You could definitely recreate this look using your jewelry.
*

This bowl is one of my favourites too. Lady gaga anyone?
*

Abby also makes beautiful glass sculptures.

Sigh.

Happy New Year!!
*
Champagne and caviar on ice. Check! For some reason silver is the default working color of New Years Eve decoration, I guess it is supposed to be futuristic. However I love this combination of silver with green and black!
*
This mirrored dining table is decorated with clear glass ornaments and decked with acid green plates with black fabric napkins.
*
Lots of layers and every beautiful shade of green.

Purple Christmas Decor

Take a look at this fun purple, turquoise and pink table setting. I love the idea of hanging ornaments from the ceiling like this, in fact, I have done something similar in my own home, just not over the dining table. Sewing thread and hot glue gun baby! The colorful ribbons used here are pretty too. And while on the subject of pretty, check out the wallpaper over the fireplace.

A closer look. Very pretty indeed. Anyone know who designed it?

Party Planner: Thanksgiving
As the weather is getting colder, there is nothing better than to walk in to a warm, cozy home.
If you are planning on hosting a Thanksgiving dinner or a fall party, here is some great inspiration via HGTV and Pottery Barn:
*
The tablecloth is exchanged for square sisal place mats, with basic white china and napkins.
*
An orange desert plate with a green pear tops it of. Table decorated with candles and fall branches.
*
Set the mood throughout the house with candles and bowls of garden apples, acorns or even pine cones.
*

A small vase is used for a candle, with a larger outer vase filled with acorns and leafs. Decorative, affordable AND safe!
*

Apothecary jars and glass vases can be used for more than just storage.. Fill with straws, leafs, nuts and even pine cones. Mount a candle (securely) for extra effect.
*

With some imagination, anything can be used for vase fillers! Point proven by Pottery Barn.
*

*
Darling sea urchin soup bowl and glass squid napkin holder and crab place card holder.
*
Now this clam multi serving trey could be taken directly out of the little mermaid’s dining room!
