There is nothing masculine about this lovey dining area. Notice how only the two end chairs have arm rests. Nice detail.

I think it looks comfy. Not really my style though I do see some inspirations. I love how they centered the fireplace and placed the seating so you can get a full view of it. The chandelier is so unique. I also love the dining table and chairs.
And I absolutely love love love Mrs. Howard Personal Shopper. I went through the portfolios on their blog and almost went ca-razy!
As far as being a vegetarian, for me it’s a slow process. I am starting to build up my cook book though! And it’s a shame how it’s okay to treat animals so inhumanely. My 4 year old watched the videos with me (I figured better to etch this in her mind at a young age), and kept saying “Why are they doing that> It is wrong?”. My 9 y.o. gets it too. I can’t even drink milk anymore b/c I know what’s in it & how they got it. Makes me sick, literally. And good for you, vegan for 10-15 years is HUGE!!
